Luffy is totally unconscious after Kaidou's attack, while Law is forced to retreat to the mountain after Hawkins uses kairouseki nails against him. While the wounded are treated in Okobore Town, Kiku discovers that the Straw Hat crew was able to survive Kaidou's attack thanks to Shinobu's ability. The news of the capture of Luffy-tarou begins to spread throughout Wanokuni, leaving the team that infiltrated in Flower Capital totally surprised. The next day, Luffy is transferred to the prisoner's mine, in the Udon region. There he shares cell with an old acquaintance who also wants revenge on Kaidou, Eustass Kid.
