The inhabitants of the Flower Capital enjoy the Fire Festival in the hope that one day the return of the Kouzuki Clan will free them from Orochi. On Onigashima, Queen puts another of his plagues to use. In this case, the “Excite Bullets” transform people into violent ice demons, causing them to attack their own allies.
