Kaidou's intention was for Yamato to take Orochi's place and rule Wanokuni as his guardian deity, but Yamato wants to open the country to the world. In the great banquet hall, Robin is thrilled to see Olvia, Clover, and Saul once again. But she soon realizes that it's an illusion created by Black Maria and they are actually three enemies. Robin and Brook start running while being chased by Black Maria and her subordinates. Black Maria attacks them with her rod attached to a wanyuudou, which is actually another of her subordinates. Taking advantage of the fact that her weapon is alive, Brook uses his soul form to freeze it going through its body. Black Maria laughs at Sanji and the way he begged for help, but Robin is glad that someone like him is depending on her. Finally, the Heart Pirates have taken Luffy to Port Tokage, where he reunites with Momonosuke. Luffy tries to convince him to stop crying and to help him return to Onigashima with his dragon form.
