Even though Momonosuke is now an adult dragon, he is still conditioned by his fear of heights. At the rooftop battle, Kaidou reminds Yamato that as much as he loves Wanokuni, that's not his origin and therefore they will not accept him. Yamato has spent all these years hiding around the island, but there were people who trusted him. However, Kaidou is convinced that all those acts of kindness were the product of fear. Meanwhile, Luffy arrives riding on Momonosuke to Onigashima and they begin to cross all the floors of the castle causing confusion on all fronts. The dragon reaches the rooftop of the castle just as Yamato, in his human form, prepares for a last attack that Luffy ends up joining. Kaidou transforms claiming that this world doesn't need two dragons.
