Queen puts another of his plagues to use. In this case, the “Excite Bullets” transform people into violent ice demons, causing them to attack their own allies. Luffy and Sanji are intercepted by a gorilla-arm Shinuchi named Briscola. Luckily, Jinbe appears by breaking through the ground and takes Briscola down. Far from there, the inhabitants of the Flower Capital enjoy the Fire Festival in the hope that one day the return of the Kouzuki Clan will free them from Orochi. Finally, Kaidou managed to survive the last attack. His counterattacks raises a cutting wind that causes Kiku to lose one of his arms.
