Vegapunk explains that their fruits' abilities were artificially replicated, all thanks to the "Green Blood" that runs through their arms. For him, the Seraphim are the pinnacle of science, the strongest human race. The S-Snake leads Luffy’s group to the Vacuum Rocket so they can flee to the Labo Phase. As soon as the crew reaches the lab, the "Frontier Dome" is activated, completely isolating the Labo Phase.
