The proposal that Law had for Luffy is a pirate alliance between the Heart Pirates and Straw Hat crew in order to defeat a Yonkou. Luffy accepts without asking many questions to the surprise of his nakama, but before that, they have other business to attend in Punk Hazard. The first goal of the alliance is the kidnapping of Caesar Clown. Meanwhile, in the mysterious door in burning side of the island, Caesar ordered the release his peculiar pet, Smiley.
