While the Marine G-5 is helping with the children's vaccine, Usopp has founded a passage that leads to the laboratory's control room. After watching Chahige in one of the monitors, Caesar decides to meet him. Both argue about the fate that Chahige's formed nakamas had suffered, who have been catch by the poisonous gas. Chahige tries to warn Punk Hazard's former prisoners about Caesar's intentions, but Caesar drugs him causing Cahige to be unable to utter a word, leading everyone to laugh at him. Chahige then decides to attack Caesar, but he’s quickly neutralized by all his subordinates. But just in time, Luffy arrives launching a powerful blow at Caesar.
