Caesar had stabbed the heart he had in his possession, but something strange has happened, Smoker has not been affected by it. Instead, Monet has fallen unconscious in front of the detonation switch. Law never gave Caesar Smoker's heart, he returned the heart of his secretary Monet instead. Outside the laboratory, Franky has survived the explosion of Baby 5's "Missil Girl" attack and continues his fight. Meanwhile, in Dressrosa everyone realize that Doflamingo has disappeared. He goes in person to Punk Hazard to see why there has not been any explosion.
