While Luffy, Zoro and Kinemon manage to evade the Marines with their costumes, the Riku Army's "SOP Operation" starts. Franky goes to the Toy House with intention to destroy the Smile factory, but the entrance is protected by Señor Pink and some of his henchmen. The news about the fight in the surface reaches Trébol and Sugar, who don't care much for now, since they don't know about the other group's intention to take Sugar down. Usopp and Robin are conducted by the dwarves through the underground passage while Leo explains them the formation of the various armies of the Donquixote Family. Finally, they reach the underground commercial port, where they toys are forced to work for Doflamingo.
