While Luffy's group is helplessly locked in the cage of the laboratory, Nami and Usopp desperately try to control the children who are willing to go with Caesar so he gives them their Candy. However, all attempts are futile, since Caesar's oxygen control makes it impossible for Usopp's fire attacks to affect him. Then, Chahige also tries to face him in revenge for what happened, but Caesar buries them all using his explosive Gastanets. On his return trip with the children to the laboratory, Caesar and Monet talk about the broadcast preparations for their experiment, the effects of Smiley will be shown to brokers from around the world, among which, there are some familiar faces.
