Chahige and the rest of Caesar's subordinates agree to surrender to the Marines with the condition that they allow them to save their nakamas from Shinokuni's poisonous gas before it's is too late. Soon, Buffalo's and Baby 5's heads fall down from the sky into their bodies, Doflamingo has reached Punk Hazard. However, he was late, Law and the Straw Hat crew have already left the island. Then, Doflamingo decides to get their whereabout by force and starts attacking everyone, but before this becomes a slaughter, the former Admiral Aokiji appears to stop him.
