The Straw Hat crew then splits into two groups, Robin's group goes to visit the Owl Library, while Luffy's group stays behind to play with the school children. Luffy's group meets a woman named Ripley, a teacher at the school who tells them that the habits of Elbaph changed over time, as King Harald advocated for opening to other countries instead of waging war. Meanwhile, Loki has a Den Den Mushi call with a person who seems to be friend, though they have never met in person. Finally, while the giants are still celebrating in the tavern, black lightning strikes in the castle and two mysterious figures appear from a summoning circle.
