Cavendish awaits Lucy's return after his victory in the C block. One again, he starts chasing him around with intent to kill him. Bartolomeo is revealed as a diehard fan of Luffy and the Straw Hat crew. He observes the scene from a distance, not daring to approach his idol. Soon, Don Chinjao appears accompanied by his grandchildren with intent to thank Luffy about having returned the shape to his head. However, Luffy thinks that he wants once again to take revenge for what his grandfather did him and runs off. The gladiator Rebecca helps Lucy escape, leading him to a secluded area where only gladiator prisoners have access. There, Rebecca also tries to kill Lucy, but fails in his attempt. She explains how the captive gladiators are forced to fight until they achieve 1.000 victories. Her goal is to achieve the Mera Mera no Mi today to end with the Doflamingo's tyranny.
